The most delicate of all the teas, they are prized for their natural sweetness, complexity and subtlety. White teas are hand processed using the youngest shoots of the tea plant with no oxidation. Generally known to be high in antioxidants.
We recommend a steeping temperature of 150-160 degrees with a steep time of 2-3 minutes, but not longer. Like many green teas, white teas will begin to bitter when over steeped.
